Whether you are a new mother, new to the area, or just looking for some fun activities, The Mothers’ Center of Greater Toledo has plenty to offer you. Through our various programs, we help break the isolation often accompanying parenthood, make connections and friendships (for both parents and children), and discuss issues pertinent to our members.
About US
Established locally in 1984, The Mothers’ Center of Greater Toledo is a non-profit, grassroots organization dedicated to the needs of mothers.
Even though we use the term “mothers”, we are inclusive to fathers, custodians, legal guardians, and caregivers. Our organization values the important work of mothering/parenting and addresses these needs by creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where we can:
→ Reflect on the challenges, opportunities, and joys of parenting
→ Share common and unique experiences in a supportive environment
→ Learn to advocate for our children and families

Our members are from all over the Greater Toledo area and include stay-at-home and working moms of newborns, toddlers, and school-aged children. The Mothers’ Center of Greater Toledo is welcoming to all, does not discriminate, and is a non sectarian, non-denominational organization.
