
Yoga with Sakred Self-Care

Join us at the Sylvania Library – Community Room B for some Yoga. This is organized by the Library and described as: “The physical movements and mindfulness of yoga can help decrease stress, increase heart health, and improve flexibility, balance, and strength. Dress comfortably and bring a mat or towel.” Registration is required.
